11/01 Day 7 of the Retreat

After rejoining the seminar, the group bid farewell and several of us had lunch together.

Five of us, Dave, Debra, Serena, Kristin and myself then went on a road trip to the Sedona Ilchi Meditation Center.  This location had previously been the original Sedona Center owned by Lester Levenson, who is now buried here.
