Kayaking across Lockwood Folly river, I saw a ton of mullet jumping in front of the kayak. Also, had the fortune of seeing a manta ray surface and jump out of the water only a few feet from the Kayak (wingspan about 5'-6' across, sorry no picture@!), see map. At the end of the trip, got lazy and put the kayak on wheels and tied the whole thing to the golf cart (boat landing was about 12 houses from where I was staying).
